UPDATE:

Pray for the eyes of their understanding to be opened, and for them to have willing and courageous hearts to respond in obedience to the Word.

Pray for the laborers of the UPCI to meet those who are truly hungry and thirsty for Him. For God ordained connections and appointments.

Pray for the church in Zarqa to grow in their understanding of the WORD, and in their relationship with God. Pray for God to send loyal, honest, sincere people to the church. Pray for a great harvest in this city.

PRAYER FOCUS

Pray for King Abdullah and his family, extreme wisdom and protection during this time of upheaval in the Middle East.

Pray a hedge of protection around believers. Ask God to bring them into a deeper relationship with Him.

Pray for the Arab believers to be kingdom minded, that their mentality concerning giving to the kingdom of God would be aligned with the Word of God.

Bind the spirit of fear that is currently sweeping across Jordan, due to the current situations in Iraq, Syria and Gaza.

Ask God to send established families to the churches. Pray that there will be thriving ministries to reach the youth and children of Jordan.

Pray for continued favor with the government.

Ask God to put his angels around the borders of Jordan and also around the city of Amman.

Pray for the country as it struggles to sustain the needs of thousands of refugees coming from Iraq and Syria.

Pray strategically for the church planting movement in Jordan. That there will be many churches planted over the next several years. Pray also for rapid multiplication.

Pray that as the churches grow in number, they would also develop a deep, unwavering relationship with Jesus Christ, and that those who obey the Gospel would have the boldness to share with the millions that reside in this country.

Pray for the thousands of refugees residing in Jordan, and for opportunities to minister and to share the Gospel with them.

God to raise up intercessors with a heart to pray for a huge harvest of souls to come from Jordan.

More Christian workers to strategically advance their outreach in Jordan.

Jordan is 30th on the world watch list for persecuted churches, pray that the people will be tolerant and that Christians will have divine favor with the government as well.

Pray that the country will be protected from the power of Islamic State (IS): there are an estimated 10,000 jihadists inside the kingdom and Islamic State is pushing towards Jordan's borders.
