Land of the Pharaonic dynasties and home of the Nile, Egypt of today is a fusion of the human ancestry of the world. It blends the ancient past with modern technologies. Cairo, the capital city is ranked as one of the largest international urban centers, while the majority of the country is sand and deserts.
An area that has known thousands of years of conflict, Egypt in the last decade, has seen political and social upheavals. While stability is making its way back to the country, tension still exists between the Muslim and Christian communities. A nation of close to 90 million souls Egypt is a field white with harvest. All that is required are the laborers and a movement of God throughout the country.

-A covering over the ministers and church leaders, ask God to anoint them and give them boldness and wisdom as they lead.
-Victory in spiritual warfare.
-That Egyptian locals will have a hunger for the truth.
-That God reveals himself to President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi and to direct his decisions.
-For God to connect hungry souls with congregations and daily add to the church.
-For wise workers called to Egypt for the harvest and that locals will raise up to minister God's word.
-Pray for God to touch the heart of the Grand Mufti of Egypt and to guide his decisions as he makes final legal judgements concerning religious law.
-That exposure and foil of any terrorists plots would occur and funding would be cut off to extremist groups and God would reveal himself to their members.
-Agree in Jesus name for the capital city of Cairo. The urban area contains over 20 million souls who need to know the freedom found in Jesus.
